2026 is 90% Booked: Last Call for Summer Repaints - 406-209-8876

The sitting President contacted us after their previous contracted painter failed to fulfill his 2023 contract and delayed the maintenance schedule.
We helped get the schedule back on track and provide yearly reviews of paint conditions.
After painting 3 buildings, we won the trust of the board and built an ongoing relationship that's active to this day.
Inconsistent Coating from the Previous Paint Contractor
The association has a history of ensuring that exteriors are maintained before the paint starts to fail. In the past 3 years, this has saved them between $2,400 and $5,000 per building, an average savings of $70,000 in costs such as scraping, sanding, and priming surfaces prior to painting. This helps keep long term HOA fees low and allows the association to invest in other priorities.

“Thanks so much for your professionalism and care to detail. They have painted several of our CT Condo Assoc. outside buildings and also performed wonderfully. We will definitely be using them to do more outside re-paintings in the near future.”
Jon S., former president of CT Condos
Siding that is in good shape should still have a sheen, meaning it has a little gloss to it. Once sheen is gone, the color below no longer has the necessary UV protection to keep the paint from degrading.
Once that sheen is gone, you'll start to notice other signs of wear and tear. Fading is the first sign that the exterior is ready for fresh paint. You may also start to see blistering, chipping, and peeling happening.
After paint starts chipping and peeling, your initial moisture barrier is now gone. Siding may begin to warp, wood may begin to rot, and organic material can start to grow. If left unpainted, these issues turn into a costly reside job.
